1kg,500g or 100g at a time and I will get back to where I want to be. Slow progress is better than no progress. I've also learned to celebrate non scale victories like my clothes not being so tight anymore and being able to do more squats than last week...21 days for me to get into a routine again, I'm on day 7! If you have to look at a 100 fitness pictures per day or take photos of all your food to stay motivated do that, do whatever it takes and crush your goals!!
