Logging weight early, as we will have people staying for the next week. Logging food was absolutely the right thing to do this week, and I learned a lot about all the little extras that had been sneaking into my eating, and how they add up! I'm not showing a loss in what I've logged on here, but as weight was actually up on what I posted last week, and now has got back to where it was the week before, I'm quite happy. And if it wasn't for the visitors, I'm sure I'd be showing a drop by the end of the weekend.
Unfortunately I'm not one to look on while others eat and drink all the nice things, so I'll be joining in with that, in moderation. More than anything, I know that once the visitors have gone, I can get back in control and head for goal weight again.
