Great Morning! after a bit of a disheartening weight loss last week, happily this morning the scale was my friend 😊 Down 2.1lbs and broke through the 200lb barrier!! Doing well feeling full and taste buds satiated with what I have been eating. It amazes me how much changing my thought process about what food is...a necessity vs a pleasure item, that choosing healthy tasty nutritional food has become so much easier. Feeling positive and moving forward toward my goal of being a healthier happier me 💐
