Thanks From371to184 for the encouragement. It's been a rough month, but I don't have a valid reason why.
I've been social this month, for the first time after 7 months of being pretty much housebound. Still no excuse for jumping off the deep end.
I started July 1st with seeing Kevin Hart, then had Breakfast OUT with friends on the 7th, a "2 months since Chemo" luncheon OUT with coworkers on the 13th.
I've seen 2 Movies "Won't You Be My Friend on the 8th, and "Sorry To Bother You" on the 15th. I'd recommend both pics for vastly different reasons.
I had crabs at a friends house on the 21st, and swimming with my sister on the 22nd.
Seen my Primary Care Physian, had 2 knee xrays, and my mammogram. Seen my Dermatologist, been for Ozone/Nutrient infusions, and started Breathing Therapy.
I also have worked on-site twice in one week for the first time since last fall.
It all sounds so positive, so why am I so depressed/ While the voice in my head is busy pointing out all the good choices I have available, I still ate that King Size pack of Reece's Cups instead of just one cup. WHY?
I'm so glad y'all are all here with a safe place for me to vent. I realize it's been triple digits all month, todays high is supposed to be 116 degrees, but shouldn't I want to eat less, not more during this time of the year?
