OMG! I do wish I could take a picture of my scale reading this morning. I’m am now dow 95.6#’s in 5 months. NO PAIN NO GAIN NOW SHUT UP AND TRAIN.
Here is my workout from last night at the gym:
3 sets of 15@ 30#- Hip Adduction (total weight 1,350) 3 sets of 15@ 30#- Hip Abduction (total weight 1,350)
10 minutes on the Arc Trainer - 5 minutes at a walk pace and 5 minutes at a power burn pace.
4 sets of 12 - 4lb medicine ball off trampoline with waist bends to the floor
4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope Alternating Arm Waves
4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope Hip Toss
4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope In and Out Waves
4 sets of 25 secs - Battle Rope Double Waves
3 sets of 15@ 40# - Back Extensions
3 sets of 12 - Ab Bench
It seems to be working!!!! 😘😘😘😘😘

It’s awesome to see you so excited! Isn’t it great? I’m feeling excited too - once you get the hang of it and start seeing results it feels awesome! I joke that I’m like Amy Schumer’s character in I Feel Pretty - I feel awesome, have confidence and enjoy life more. I’m the same person, though 😊

So so true, once you find that niche you just stick with it until it is no longer working. So far I am good with my workouts because they keep me in the fat burn stage on my Fitbit. Stick with it and keep on striving to be the best you you can be. No one deserves it more than you!
