So far, so good! Wasn’t feeling good Monday so I skipped a meal, but other than that I have been ‘razor focused’ and sticking to my plan. My sister-in-law is my accountability partner. She is quitting smoking and I am lowering me blood sugar/losing weight. I had bacon and scrambled eggs with cheese with homemade tomato juice for breakfast.
