No more, no less. I'm dealing with bloating right now because, hi, I'm a female. I haven't really gotten back into an exercise routine after having a sprained ankle. I need to get a gym membership because the at-home workouts are not cutting it anymore. I was hoping to acquire a contraption that would turn my bike into a stationary bike but I can't seem to find one. I am not comfortable actually riding my bike around town just yet simply because people are assholes and will start yelling shitty things at me purely because I'm a fatty riding a bike. It's happened before and it will happen again. I just need to find something that works for me. I like lifting weights but there is only so much I can do at home. I love riding a bike and swimming but we don't have a local gym in my town with a pool. The only option we have is the high school and it's only open for swims late in the evening. Wish I had more options.
