Wahoooo!!! I'm back to pre-Easter hols weight, in fact, I'm just below it!!! I'm back to pointing properly and I have upped the exercise a bit although I'm still not doing as much as I probably should be doing. Still, as long as I'm losing then I'm happy! The Chinese obviously didn't have a lasting effect :)

That's fantastic news! I'm so happy for you =D ! I think that since hubby made the Chinese you were able to avoid the nasty MSG and that most certainly helped you continue with the weight loss. This just serves as further proof that you can enjoy your meals and still lose weight. It's all about balance. Way to go!

Yay, that's fantastic news... 1.6lbs in 6 days is brilliant, so good for you! Doesn't it make you feel good when you get below a weight that you were previously? Woohoo, I'm so thrilled for you... so you just keep up the great work there, as you're doing fabulous! ;o) Any exercise has got to be good... so I wouldn't worry too much about how much is right. It will all help in the long run... you just watch those muscles tone and those inches shrink! Have a great day and hope you have a fantastic weekend. :o)
