👍 back in the 150s. Last night I fell asleep at about 7pm. Woke up at 2am. Also got a lill 45 minute nap before getting ready for work. That’s the most sleep I’ve gotten in a really long time.

I am glad you got some more sleep, it is a challenge for me too. lately when I make sure I eat enough and drink enough I sleep better and longer at night. I have not got the cycle down to be sure that eating heavier earlier in the daytime and lighter at night is the key for me. maybe it is just all the extra calories I am eating now
