Okay...Weigh-in was yesterday- Down 2 lbs.
Lesson learned.......Don't eat before weigh-in, wear light clothes.

Does anyone struggle with getting all your points in?
What do you eat at meals to increase your points when most "healthy things" like veggies are 0 points?

I don't struggle with points because that's what got me fat in the first place, lol, but eat more regular items if it is a problem for you. Instead of lowfat cheese, do regular. Are you getting in your dairy and oils (they take up 4 points or more). Use regular dressing instead of the lowfat. Points add up so fast! The best thing to do is plan your day so you know how you will use those points. Flex points are optional, but make sure you use your daily points. Good luck!
