Well-well, with Thanksgivig and guests things got a bit out of control, but it was expected 😁. During almost four cheating day I still had 2 40min walks, one long run, 30 min real sweat workout and today only a plank. Obviously, weight went a bit up, but I'm back on track. This week will be tough as I travel, so will see... Really want to keep it my priority! 🙏
