Wow I feel really great today. Even with traveling and eating out I lost 2 pounds...I am so happy. Makes me feel that all my hard work and passing up of the wrong things is worth it. My clothes are fitting better and I have actually started to walk each day, even small distances help me to feel good. Thanks to all who have helped stay on track.
