Everyones been complaining about the dreaded scale fraud that's been going on this last week. Maybe the stars are out of alignment or something? Hang in there pal...it can't be this way too long.

Maybe its spring fever! or maybe its all the vacations we all took recently. I know the scale will move downward for you (and me) ..its just a matter of being patient. I like to think that when it does move, it will make a big drop!! at least we can hope
