Despite being down at 211 (net loss of 2# since last Monday) for a couple of days now, I popped back up to 212 for my Monday "weigh in" today. Oh well...still a pound down since last Monday. I wish things were going a bit faster, but I'm comfortable with my food choices right now and the exercise I'm getting. I don't really want to change things all that much to drop weight faster, so I'll just keep on plugging along.

Still on track to reach 210 by the Fourth of July! That would be a loss of 25 pounds - which I keep telling myself is quite the accomplishment, despite the pounds yet to be shed.
