Lol, it's a Fasting day!! Yesterday was a feasting day and I had lots of yummy food including 3 of those amazing fat bombs at 8pm. I slept like a baby and have woken up feeling totally prepared for my fasting day and happy. It really does get "easy" - seriously!! And I hit a new low today which makes it even more sweet. I know I am not only losing the weight but healing the long-term insulin resistance, setting myself up for a smooth sailing, healthy future. FU FAT!!!
