Last night was the first time since I started again that I really had a desire to eat at night after my last meal was done. I drank electrolyte water and chewed a piece of gum and that helped. I can resist the urge to emotionally eat, but at the same I want to give in so badly when I feel that way. I'm proud of myself for not giving in and I'm gonna keep going.
