Hey! Just saw this finally! Ya, I've noticed a big stall since not being able to do as much cardio as I would have liked. The foot's healing up so I'll be able to kick it up higher in the next few weeks. I went trail running on friday for an hour and it felt pretty darn good. Saturday, the foot was sore, so I think I over did :\ But today it feels fine. When everything is healed up, the next goal will be to achieve 165 and then maintain between 170-175. I think 165 for me will be the magic number to achieve the elusive 6-pack.
