okay well I have already lost 100 pounds, but I need some more support to lose more. I already have a journal, but it doesn't hurt to have one for my weight since i usualy write about my day in my other one. I hope that i can lose the weight (my gut) in about five months, but if not I will push on. It's taken me a year to get to this point I wonder how much longer I have!
