The month of Feb has been an so so month I keep teetering from 228 to 230 to 225, but the good thing about is although I let myself indulge this month I know what needs to be done to get back on track. I always go back to p1 for a 9 days and kick up my exercise. I set my short term goals in 5 pound increments and doing this makes life easier for my overall weight loss goal .
103,4 kg Bisher verloren: 0,5 kg.    Still to go: 21,8 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

You sure have met alot of your short term 5 pound goals! I think it's fantastic (and very inspirational) that you are down so much since July! Thanks for sharing...
