I haven't checked in for quite awhile. I got really sick for two weeks and just survived, rather than watched what I ate. Then I just haven't gotten back on track until today. I feel like I am totally starting over and everything is tough. I was doing so good at exercising before and my sugar cravings were really under control. Now, not so much. But all I can do is my best and work hard to get back to where I was. I'm really excited to break the 220 pound mark. If I hadn't gotten sick I'm sure I would have hit it already. Once I hit the 200 pound mark, my entire closet opens back up to me. I hate that losing weight takes so much effort and so much time. But I'll never get there, unless I do it.
I am changing my weight in day to Monday.
