When I don't eat avocado, I have a hard time getting my fiber in. I really don't like avocado that well. I really need to find a way to get my fiber up without avocado everyday.

Yeah that make no sense to eat it if you do not like it. Don't know how much fiber you are aiming for but veggies have some fiber and nuts. You can supplement with some psyllium husks and flax maybe. I usually just do the veggies, some berries and nuts myself.

I love flax, although chia is also greaat for natural fiber.

Have you tried the High-Fiber One-Minute Flax Muffin recipe. If you eat that for breakfast, you've already knocked out more than HALF of your Fiber goal! I also supplement with the Atkins bars when I need to - they taste like candy bars and have from 6g to 11g of Fiber per bar, all with less than 4 Net Carbs!
