I'm kinda caught in a bit of a pickle. My goal is to see the 120's, I'm currently 140lbs. However, I'm already a size 2 and a 0 at some stores. I can't really imagine what I would look like losing 20lbs. I know I am naturally heavy and tend to build muscle quickly, so that is part of the problem. I think I'm just gonna keep training hard (doing my 4th cycle of P90X and running) and eating clean. The eating has always been the issue. I can train hard and still gain weight if I don't eat right. Wow, I'm rambling, but anyway heres to clean eating, and maybe I can see 130 without my clothes falling off of me!
