Well......a new day for me. Back on Medifast, and obviously have a big mountain to climb, but I am always up for the challenge. I am looking forward to more positive sounding posts and weigh-ins...been in a rut, but this is not a game I can quit. I just can't quit. SO no matter how many times I screw it up, I have to get back up and try again. So here's to me!
