Good morning FS warriors! Thank you for the support on my last journal entry. The frustration level has been a bit high. DH and I did go to the grocery store this weekend and he bought some meals and such to prepare while I am gone. Also, talked about his lunches and what he could have. It was funny to have him looking at carbs/sugars and then serving sizes at the grocery store. Illuminating for him, and entertaining for me....LOL.
Yesterday I woke up with an upset/achy stomach. Not sure what the deal is, but riding in the truck and a bounce hurt. Straining to go...tenderness in my gut. Laying on my side...tenderness. I do not have a fever so not sure what the deal is. Did I have too much dairy on Saturday? I do not have a fever so it is not stomach flu. Today is a little bit better, but laying on my side (at 4:30am) was not comfortable and very tender. As I said today seems to be an improvement, but still not 100%. There is a lot of rumbling and grumbling going on in my stomach. I have got to get this resolved before Wednesday AM when I have to catch my flight.
The scale ticked down a little bit and I am a little bit closer to Onederland. Today I will start packing my bag and I will be able to pack some slacks that I haven't been able to wear in forever.
I wonder if part of the stomach upset is anxiety. As I had mentioned it is the first time going back without my sweet Mama being there. That is causing some anxiety for me. I try not to think on it too much because then it makes me cry.
