Ok, this time I did weigh myself and the scale shows 215.8. So yes, I have hit a plateau. Its all good though because I feel great, my clothes fit great and I see that my body type is different than a regular guy. I have broad shoulders, thich muscular thighs and muscular arms, If I lose too much weight I will look like a husky scarecrow! However, I do want to lose 15 lbs more I think. SO, I think it will be a slow climb and I know that I will reach that.
I am back, I am pumped, I am looking forward to eventually breaking out of this plateau...
