Well... this past week was real tough. I didn't exercise nearly enough, and I even went off the diet a little. But it seemed to work out in the end. Maybe that's what my plataue needed... a small break.
So I'm back to nose to the grindstone this week. Hopefully my results will be a little better... I'm aiming for a 2lb loss and it looks a little daunting, but nothing worth doing is easy. And I'm a little mentally behind the game this week. Couple of bumps in the road and i feel a little emotionally drained. But, I'm feeling at least like I can get myself back on track, so I guess we'll see.
