Did crappy... last couple weeks. Got to a point in my running training where I just couldn't do it... and that made me come to a dead stop. So, this time, I started over on the original training, and I'm going to do that 21-day routine on a faster speed than I did the first time. Then maybe I will be able to progress further to train to run a 5k...
