Wooo wee gained 14 lbs since my last weigh in eons ago. Today is first day of the keto I started back in November of 2018 and going to work hard on getting into ketosis. My last check up in March had my cholesterol high and so they have me on stats. Thing is with that is it makes you ache here and there and weight gain is one of the side effects that are a result of lack of motivation to exercise. Let me re-word that. I have motivation to work out but because my feet hurt often from the medication it kills the motivation to actually hit the gym. Also I have been a little too loose with eating the junk at night while watching t.v. When I weighed in, in November at 310 and started keto I got as low as 274 in a matter of 3 months so weighing in today at 294 and starting that routine I'm confident I'll be back on track to losing 100 lbs. Lets DO THIS!
