Weigh in for the week.....up a pound, but overall stayed within my maintenance level & feel pretty good.

At 90% Ankle Surgery Recovery, but Toes are still in the 50% level & will no bend properly to support lunges. Most people are using weight with Lunge Exercises & I am Body Weight only.

Time to find a good Breakfast 🍳!!!!

I have extreme foot issues and people dont understand how much it hinders what u can do. They cut the ligiments/tendons in my 2nd toes and commented the only effect would be that I couldnt stand on tiptoes. I thought," no big deal.." well it is! I work out alot. I cant run properly, I cant jump, and things like burpees are impossible. ( that could be a good thing..lol) Be careful!

Diane, it is amazing how little things, like the toes, effect so many things we take for granted. When they removed the cast, Burpees were tough. I have to concentrate on that leg even on plate hops!!
