Happy happy Tuesday...got them endorphins up and roaring..

22.72 miles..6.79 ft elevation..104 min ride on zwift..562 in calories...

Cut grass yesterday..so gonna be looking for something to do today to keep busy...was gonna wait on grass..but was so nice yesterday....thought I’d better take advantage of it...rain Wednesday nite..and who knows for how long...back yard was actually dried out yesterday for a change...may have to soak up some sun today..just not sure..

Do need to thaw out more chicken breasts today...so tomorrow will be prep day again...eating healthier is more work...but so worth the effort...

Had to order from amazon yesterday...protein..electrolytes..and creatine...my 3 month supply had dwindled down...and closet was getting bare...

Welp...time to take vitamins...move around..get a few morning things done...
