finally a new drop..here's hoping it will continue. had a real hard time yesterday. my kids ordered in pizza for Fathers day and it was a real battle to resist but I had just one bite of garlic fingers and that was all and stuck with my chicken and salad. so the drop in weight makes me glad I didn't cave.
