I am restarting my diet... Half of the year is gone and I need to turn a new page both physically and emotionally. This year has had many ups and downs, and the scale tells the same story for me. I need to get a hold and separate my health & weigh from what is going on in my life. Emotional and stress eating has always been my downfall. I know this journey will be a difficult one at times and would love the support of everyone on FS. This unhealthy way of living needs to stop.
