I just didn't get back into the Atkins mindset, so I'm going now with Fast 5. Been on this again for a few days. It takes about 6 weeks to kick in, so time will tell.
my fast 5 goal is to eat a high carb break fast at noon and a high protein supper by 5 pm.
break fast of shredded wheat, bananas, kefir and cool whip.
high protein
egg salad, lettuce, bacon
Fast for 19 hours, do it all over again with same break fast meal and various high protein meals.
