What the hell? I worked like a maniac all weekend, ate properly, watched everyone else pig out and look at this. Because of the extreme weakness, I added a quarter cup of nuts to bring up my carbs a little, but here we go again. My body needs carbs for strength, but obviously HATES them on the same hand. Oh well, I could definitely be facing much larger challenges than being a little bit weak in the knees, literally. No whining, just cowboy up and get tough.
