i really don't know how its possible that i have put on 2kg in 2 days :( im gutted i feel like crying. it doesn't make sense i have barely eaten iv excercised, maybe somethings wrong with my scale but i feel i dunno sick to the stomach :S

i guess so its just going to be especially difficult when i go to paris its all bread chocolate and beer there
