I made time for the gym yesterday despite being very busy with work. Was happy to see a drop on the scale this morning. I had 3 crunchy tacos last night and the calories aren't bad - just 510 total. Cheap too. Watched DWTS with mom last night and had only 1 cookie. She gave me the box with 3 left and I shared with Mr C. I won't have one today bc I'm going to eat out for my sister's bday. I'll eat light for lunch to try to keep my calories reasonable.
