Yay!! I am so happy w/ myself for a change!! The more I see my numbers drop, the more motivated I am.... I have leared IT IS possible to have a cheat meal or a cheat day and get right back on the horse and continue eating healthy. In the past it has been so hard for me to have a cheat day and go back to eating healthy. I am loving this newfound self control.
