Like that idea. Body composition check every 3 months. I tried daily for a period of time, and that certainly brought on some mixed emotions about this sort of technology. Hydration fluctuations screwed the numbers a whole lot. I'd like to buy 50 sit-ups... how much? 😜 A day with yard work sounds great. General clean up, or plans for changes in the yard?
