losing 70 lbs in 8 months is incredible. congrats. that's a lot of weight to lose in a short period of time.
it's funny they say that losing 1 - 2 lbs a week is the healthy way to do. my issue is that doesnt help me keeping myself motivated to lose the weight. losing 1 lbs or eating fries and gravy. now I've lost 11 lbs this week.. THAT keeps me motivated to continue
