Yesterday was a hard day! I did really well and ate exactly what was in my meal planner but I was kinda hungry and there were so many temptations around me. Brad came over again last night and this time he brought taco bell at like 1030 so it would have been late eating in addition to eating horribly! But I didn't give in and it paid off this morning! I'm down 1.2 pounds. I love the rate I am loosing it although I know it's not going to stay that way once my body gets used to it, but it is nice for now! Today is a non-work day for me so it is going to be much harder to stay on track! I am going to have to keep myself busy and be really motivated! I can do it!
