Gained alot of weight over the past few years :(. I was at 210 April 2019, managed to lose some and have been stuck. back to counting calories. Started back at the gym today! hopeing I can keep the motivation to keep going. I am a homebody, so it's hard for me to push myself to keep it up! However my one daughter in law is going with me, so I am hoping it helps motivate me!
