Seasonal gain off! It is very cold here in northern Alberta. I had being getting out for a ski most days- now I will wait until the weekend. On the very positive side we got a needed and wonderful snowfall. I am excited about what adventures the dogs and I can get up to. Good to be back on track. Slight problem with wanting a night snack- had some almonds and walnuts last night. Took all Christmas treats to the office.

It is darn cold this week! Apparently this weekend is going to get down to -31C to -37C (for our USA friends that is -24F to -35F). I am planning on seeing Holly and doing a Tai Chi video instead of walking on Saturday. I know wusses! Evening snack for me has been homemade yogurt - protein with a little sweet. You are smart to move the treats out of 'harm's' way (smile).
