I was expecting more weight loss...but maybe it takes the body some time to change course back, since I was on a gaining trend?

More exercise is going to have to be incorporated into my daily routine, I have gotten out of my exercise routine since before Christmas so it's time to get back into it!

I got out of my routine before Christmas too and now it's hard to get back to it. Look how much you've lost so far, that's awesome! I'm sure once you get back into the routine you'll start losing more. Good luck!!

Wayne, a loss is a loss. Embrace it. You're on the rigth track again, just keep doing what you know works. :)
