Stopped recording for a week and ate just my weight loss soup for 3 1/2 days. Indulged last night and enjoyed two small spare ribs. Weight this AM--- 183lbs. Down 2.5lbs. Slowly increasing activity with light weights and treadmill.
83,0 kg Bisher verloren: 6,8 kg.    Still to go: 3,6 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
