Day 54 (Week 8): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 2 Cruise to Lose!
Good Morning!!! Calm waters (peace of mind) and a brisk wind (good exercise) to all! I hope this day finds all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples all well and working towards your fantastic healthy goals!!
No exercise yesterday, but I did check in on the Wii and did a body test. I don't know what the heck changed, but it said my Wii Fit age was 22!!! (I am typically over age anywhere between 3 and 5 years. I have hit my real age once and it is not the one most recent to last night, either) That's minus 11 years and it said my body was in good shape LOL. I know to take this with a grain of salt since it has been up and down but it certainly made me feel good! I could not believe it. Maybe I needed the week-end away to "absorb" all that balance work I have been doing the last few weeks. In yoga my teacher says the relaxation is to absorb the poses we did so it does not seem too far out a though heheh
Old Man Scale: He forgot to TELL me TOM was coming on the cruise at yesterday's weigh in. We will have to get security to escort him off the ship ASAP! Though I was trying not to stress (and succeeding FAIRLY well) I do feel a good deal better about today's number. And it will keep going down now that I have my brain and body back in the right place. 1.5lbs is no biggie for me anymore.
I predict a new low later on this week and showing a LOSS for the Cruise to Lose Challenge with my FABULOUS Team the Blue Water Wanderers! And I did a lot of "Wandering" this week-end, oh yeah! Ambled all along the deck whilst everyone else was playing on the shore. I did not do as well at the buffet lines while my buddies were gone, however!
The fast did me a world of good I think. I feel good this morning. I am planning on stepping up my calories to 1200-1500 today and then tomorrow going back to my normal 1500-1800. (I DO plan on staying closer to 1500 for the rest of the week as a precaution :))

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August. (okay so it was one day LOL) Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 8.5 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!) Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 18.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h!) Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)
