I was concerned when I hadn't lost weight last week, but now I think it was because of my menstrual cycle. I'm not exercising daily as planned, maybe 2-3 times a week, but following this plan is easy. Even when I eat out, I prefer to order primarily vegetables, protein, and drink ice tea or water with lemon because sweetened beverages are now too sweet.
