I am glad to hear from you. Keep up the good work and keep tracking. I ate sweets every day and stopped losing, but am back to losing again. I have a doctor's report that says to monitor what I eat and exercise. I have a higher risk of becomeing diabetic now is what my latest report said from lab work that was done in my doctor's office.I am working a better and healthier diet now, but still need to exercise more on some days. I am glad to hear from you as always.
