I stepped on the scale and the gain is gone. Normally I weigh on Wed and Sun...but my vanity will not wait for the next weigh in... I am not looking at that 4.7 gain the rest of the week..
125,2 kg Bisher verloren: 29,9 kg.    Still to go: 25,4 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

I step on the scale every day - probably a bad habit because it sets me up (or not) for the day ahead and I know my weight goes up and down every day. As long as in the long road ie weekly, it goes down I am happy. Glad yours came down again too, cause I hear you about living with the gain. I don't record gains anymore unless they stay for a week. You have lost so much weight. Congrats.

Thanks, Sarahsmum! I have... and I have about 60 more to go. That is a great idea on not recording the gains... unless more than a week. For me...for now... twice a week works for me mentally. I still get a little joy from seeing the scale...a little disbelief...a little joy. Coming down from 345... it still blows my mind a little every time. Even with the whole see saw thing.. BUT I ain't gonna look at it any longer than I have to. :)

Way to go Flowerdude! Like sarahsmum I don't record gains now unless it has been that way for a week. Keep up the good work.

yesterday I said I wouldnt weigh till the end of the week, this morning I did, couldnt help it. still the same, should have just waited!!
