Well, I had some wine with my husband last night. I’m still refraining from wine most nights, so I’m not gonna get down about it. My food choices has been really good. I want to get back to working out as soon as I get some relief from this cold. It doesn’t show it on here, but I had gotten up to 184. So, I’ve actually lost over ten lbs since the beginning of December. I stopped recording my weight when I was gaining. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far.
