Discovered last night that couscous is not what it is advertised as- it is made from the same grain as plain spaghetti. It sure tastes better.
Nice mindful hike with my dog Griffin in the bush but near the river’s edge (a deer trail) as my female dog was being spade. A day with pain and joy within it.

Couscous has that light taste but it packs a punch! Nice to get a pleasant walk in. Yesterday was gorgeous. Looks like rain today.... I got outside and picked up two garbage bags of debris. The weather was so nice that it made the job pleasant!
